Integration Options #

CRM Integration #

~.Dimensions.~ provides integration into a range of CRM solutions, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk & Clio. These integrations are provide through an embedded ~.Ucclient.~ client.

REST API #

The REST API can be used to manage the ~.Dimensions.~ contact directories, keeping them in sync with updates from external CRM packages to make sure the data does not become stale.

Webhooks #

Webhooks can be used to update external system with call data. Webhooks fire at the end of a call to provide details of the call result, recording link etc to other systems. When used in conjunction with Call Tagging, contextual information that has been added to a call can be passed to a CRM package or used to start a workflow process.
